Are your watches authentic?
Every item is 100% authentic, with official warranty under each brand's terms. We only sell genuine watches from leading brands such as CASIO, G-SHOCK, BABY-G, EDIFICE, SEIKO and more.
Is there a warranty, and for how long?
Yes — official warranty under each brand's terms, plus after-sales service from our own repair department. If you have any problem, contact us any time.
How much is delivery and how long does it take?
Delivery is free anywhere in Thailand on every order, with no minimum. We normally ship within 1–3 business days, and every order has a tracking number. We currently deliver within Thailand only.
How can I pay?
By credit/debit card, PromptPay (scan the QR code to pay instantly) or cash on delivery (COD) — choose at checkout. All payments are charged in Thai baht.
Can I pay in installments?
You can pay in installments through your credit card, depending on your card issuer's promotions. Some models are also available on our Shopee and TikTok shops with 0% installment offers.
Can I exchange or return an item?
Yes, under our exchange and return conditions — for example if the item has a manufacturing defect or you received the wrong model. See the full conditions on our returns policy page.
Can you issue a full tax invoice?
Yes, for both individuals and companies. Just tick the option at checkout and enter the taxpayer details.
How do I track my parcel?
Go to the order tracking page and enter your order number and the phone number you ordered with to see the status and tracking number instantly — no account needed.
Can I buy in bulk or order corporate gifts?
Yes. We offer wholesale for shops and resellers, and corporate gifts (B2B) with tax invoices, purchase orders and credit billing. Contact us for a quote.
