Returns policy

Returns or exchanges are accepted within 14 days of receipt. The item must be unused, with all accessories, box and tags, and you must provide evidence (an unboxing video or photos of the item's condition).

Pre-owned and specially discounted items may have additional conditions — please contact our team before sending anything back.

Once we have received and checked the returned item, we will refund you within 7–14 business days.
